We believe that the process to book appointments should be the same way. With minimal steps required, we can have your property looking the way it should.
Quote Requested.
We receive your information via our quote form. We will then deploy a wash technician to your property to evaluate the condition and services you are requesting.
Quote Provided.
Pending a Neon Power Washing Wash Technician's evaluation, you will receive an official quote along with a customer contract. Upon approval of both documents, we will collect a 25% deposit to schedule your appointment.
Appointment Scheduled.
Upon receiving the 25% deposit to secure your appointment, we will send you a confirmation/reminder email 24 hours before performing service to your property. In doing so, this allows our team to schedule you in advance on the best day to provide the highest level of efficiency. In some instances, we can quote, schedule, and perform the tasks all at once. Subject to availability*
Job Completed.
At this step, Neon Power Washing has completed all services requested and will request payment for the remaining balance.
